Hooker Street Band Biography

The Hooker Street Band is a four piece, Boston based group that has been turning heads and scoring dedicated fans left and right since its inception in January 2004. Led by front-man/songwriter Josh Levine, the band draws its unique brand of rock from influences as far apart as Weezer and Neil Young. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the music is Levine’s ability to combine catchy, poppy hooks with meaningful lyrical content. This, along with tasteful lead guitar work, uplifting vocal harmonies, and unfaltering rhythm are all part of the HSB experience.
